This Hollywood inspired themepark in Dubai is strategically located close to Dubai-Abudhabi border. The project being multiple prime contracts had all the challenges that are typical to such a contract. However, all businesses performed to achieve the delivery not far from the original program.

Private Island

This project is a 42 acre private resort island development located near the Palm Jumeirah, in Dubai, United Arab Emirates to create a one-of-a-kind private retreat for a VIP Client.

The project includes a Royal Villa, a guest Villa + 6 suites, a spa and recreation center, a marina, and extensive private gardens and function areas throughout the man-made island in the shape of the logo for the Palm Jumeirah Development.

The project was handed over to the Client in October 2009.

East Hotel - Pullman MoE

First Pullman hotel in the region, the Pullman Dubai Mall of the Emirates (MoE) Hotel. The new high-end hotel joins a network of almost 50 Pullman properties across the world.

The 24-storey development is located beside the Mall of the Emirates and features 481 rooms which include 94 suites. Beginning at 56 square metres, the suites feature floor to ceiling windows, free-standing bathtubs and separate rain showers.

Ducab

Ducab, a cable manufacturing company with manufacturing factories in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, supplies a range of High, Medium and Low Voltage cables and offer cable components and accessories.

This project was the construction of Tallest Industrial Tower in the GCC with 148m high VCV Tower, state of the art Isolated Extra High Voltage cable testing facility.

DWTC - Sheikh Saeed Halls

Sheikh Saeed Halls have cemented DWTC’s position as the Middle East’s largest convention and exhibition venue – and certainly the most adaptable.

The project involves construction of four interconnected halls including one multipurpose exhibition hall. Sheikh Saeed Halls have expanded the complex by more than 25,000m2 of covered exhibition area. This includes the impressive Trade Centre Arena.

The ceiling of the arena will feature 14-metre high ceilings and up to 34 regualtion size tennis courts which will be equipped to host a variety of events including weddings, concerts, entertainment events as well as official sporting and athletic events.

The Ritz-Carlton

In October 2010, The Ritz-Carlton, Dubai began the expansion works at the far end of the existing resort adding 6 floors with 148 new rooms, suites, swimming pools, restaurant concepts and 1,160 square meters of meeting space, including a grand ballroom. This expansion completed in the first quarter 2013.

The hotel is known for being a Mediterranean-style beach resort providing renowned Arabian hospitality, an intimate oasis that perfectly blends the legendary Ritz-Carlton hospitality with the essence of Middle Eastern tradition.

The Beach

The project is formed around a pedestrian esplanade that meanders between four distinct plazas and stretches between Sheraton and Hilton Hotels. It holds a mix of top brands and attractions offering casual eating, signature fine dining, luxury retail and a range of exciting entertainment.

The Beach presents contemporary architecture, and responds to the beachfront location. Each of the plazas varies in aesthetics providing unique and distinct zones which are surrounded by calming water features.

Less does a lot here. Concrete and glass speak for themselves loud and clear. Their marriage looks perfect. Designed by Hopkins Architects the absence of pricey finishes defines the grandiose offices. An extremism for Dubai that’s known for attempting only the ultimate- unless the design was meant to be ultimate minimal.
